Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the email box account you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
